Operator and account
Mingyue Bot is operated by 佛山市紫府桓科技有限公司 (Foshan Zifuhuan Technology Co., Ltd.). Contact 3141791843@qq.com. Updated October 20, 2026. Read the Privacy Policy as well. The service is intended primarily for adults. Certain account-based features require a valid invitation and sign-in. Keep your credentials secure and use only information you are authorized to provide.
Service and limitations
Mingyue Bot supports AI conversations, authorized information organization, Bot preferences, tasks, reminders and a private cloud workspace. Availability depends on the app version, account permissions, connected sources, network and system permissions. AI can make mistakes, omit facts and misunderstand instructions. Verify consequential work and authorize external actions clearly.
Financial information
The app does not execute securities trades, manage investments on your behalf or guarantee returns. Financial/product information, net asset values, risk notices and AI responses are for information organization and reference. They are not personalized investment, legal, medical or tax advice and do not replace qualified professional judgment.
Content and acceptable use
You keep rights you lawfully hold in your input and output. You permit processing and display only as necessary to provide the service; this is not a sale of your content or permission for unrelated advertising or foundation-model training. Do not submit unauthorized personal data, confidential material or infringing content. Do not use the service for fraud, harmful illegal content, harassment, privacy violations, child exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, violence, unauthorized access or attacks.
Reports, external services and reminders
Report inappropriate output or safety concerns through the app's help/feedback entry or 3141791843@qq.com. We investigate and may restrict content, features or abusive accounts; appeals use the same contact. Apple and services you choose to connect have their own terms. Reminders depend on system, network and service conditions and must not be your sole safeguard for emergency, medical or trading decisions.
Fees
This release has no in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscription. Future paid features, if introduced, will disclose prices, duration and cancellation before purchase and follow applicable App Store rules. You will not be charged without your purchase authorization. Apple's applicable standard end-user license governs App Store distribution.
Sign-out, deletion and termination
Sign-out preserves your cloud information. In-app Delete Account is irreversible: accepted requests disable customer access, stop scheduled work and normally erase eligible personal data within 72 hours, with a progress receipt. Legally required records, separate internal identities, other users' copies and your exported files follow the Privacy Policy. We may restrict service where reasonably required by law, serious misuse or security and provide an appropriate route for appeal.
Availability, liability and disputes
We reasonably maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or any financial return. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Keep important copies and verify consequential results. Material changes are disclosed and renewed consent obtained where required. PRC law applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and without depriving you of mandatory local protections. Contact support first; unresolved disputes follow the jurisdiction required by applicable law.
