Account and deletion
Use a valid invitation or an existing customer account to sign in. From the sidebar, open Settings & Appearance → Account & Privacy to sign out or delete your account. Confirm the consequences and verify your password before deletion. Accepted deletion normally completes within 72 hours; check the in-app progress receipt.
Tasks, notifications and feedback
Manage reminders in the relevant Bot or task list. Check iOS notification and Focus settings if alerts are missing. Opening a notice does not mark a task complete. Report inappropriate AI content through the in-app help entry or support email with a short description and relevant time, minimizing any third-party personal data.

The app organizes information, conversations and work. AI results may be wrong. Mingyue Bot does not execute securities trades, provide managed investments or guarantee returns. Consult qualified professionals before consequential financial, legal or medical decisions.
